Quamid Francis is the Founder and Principal of Q Impact Solutions LLC, a civic strategy and organizational development consultancy. He previously served as Executive Director of City Year New York, where he supported K-12 programs across 18 public schools and developed the organization’s first-ever workforce development strategy. He was named to City & State's Nonprofit Executive Power 100 list in 2022 and 2023.

He is a former Deputy Commissioner in New York City government, a U.S. Marine combat veteran, and a recipient of the Presidential Award by President Barack Obama. Francis currently serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and holds a Master's degree in International Policy and Economic Development from NYU. He is an Executive MBA candidate at Columbia Business School.
